David Kalisch, from DWK Advisory, was previously head of major Australian Government data agencies, the Australian Bureau of Statistics (2014-19) and the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare (2010-14) where he successfully expanded their data use and transformed their organizational data capabilities and data governance.
DWK Advisory provided consultancy services to major Australian Government agencies (Department of Social Services and Services Australia) in early 2021, developing opportunities to make better use of their data and strengthen their data governance.
DWK Advisory is currently working with Services Australia to further develop their data capability and take advantage of opportunities to obtain value from their available data.
Yusuf Mansuri, project managed the Government Data Webservices project, currently available to selected government agencies and businesses with increased security and traceability of transactions. The services were designed for trusted, semi trusted and untrusted environments with certificate-based authentication, hardware encryption, load-balanced and highly redundant infrastructure with an ability to perform very large number of simultaneous transactions.
Yusuf Mansuri, developed Data as a Service (DaaS) offerings for a government agency based on data exchange. This model has been utilized successfully. He has also worked on credit bureau systems to ensure that services are provided based on the person’s profile and credit history.
Yusuf Mansuri has worked on Whole of government Authentication system used for interconnectivity of user data, messaging and exchange across multiple government departments.
